Standard Home Inspection: Starting at $450
I adhere to a thorough Residential Standards of Practice. I inspect the entire home, both inside and out, using advanced tools. I compile my findings in an easy-to-read report with detailed descriptions and photos of any issues. You'll receive the report within 24 hours, and I'm committed to ensuring your complete understanding. Standard Home Inspection includes Infrared Thermography to detect hidden moisture intrusion and electrical anomalies.

New Construction Inspection:
Building a new home? I provide inspections at different construction phases to ensure compliance with your specifications. I verify completed work before payment and assist in creating a punch list. This is a New Construction Inspection for you, not a code-compliance check for the contractor.
Annual Home Maintenance Inspection

Roof Inspection: Starting at $250
Do you need just a roof inspection performed for insurance or other purposes? I will perform a standalone Roof Inspection & Certification and evaluate your roof from the eaves, as well as walk it (when it is safe to do so) to assess its overall condition, including the presence and status of flashing, chimneys, vents, skylights, and other penetrations. Roof Inspection includes aerial photography using camera-mounted drone.
Mold Inspection: Starting at $750
Unchecked indoor mold can damage the home's structure, cause wood rot, and ruin drywall. Moreover, it poses health risks. As part of a standard home inspection, we can also include a deeper investigation to look for signs of water intrusion and apparent mold. In Florida, our home inspection license allows us to perform this service if any apparent mold is not over 10 s.f. in area. Our inspection will include surface and air sampling that will be sent to a laboratory for analysis. The report from the lab will be provided.
